And the sadder thing is...there is only 3 shops that repair Pioneer DJ products...and its a good arm and leg to get it looked at and repaired....in some instances... KZbin has people out there who show how to disassemble the controller and fix them...just a thought

You've just created a bomb. Nobody do this. BMS exists to prevent you from burning your house down dude. Did you check for a voltage imbalance between the cells? Usually the #1 reason for a BMS to stop allowing discharge and charge because it's dangerous.

Bms only charge pockets of cells so technically having 6,7, or 8 cells in parallel at 3.7-4.2v would never guarantee they will charge equally. And a bms does nothing for output but switch the output on and off using a mosfet which creates resistance and heat, so as far as discharge goes its technically better so long as you never discharge below nominal charge. I disagree that it is dangerous for an experienced ebike rider, but for anyone else who just rides their bike without monitoring it is a bad idea, and it isn’t something i recommend anyone do.

#5- ! I bought a used Dell for 60$ and I had to replace the battery, so it's holding charge now. It is a Touchscreen too! I think it was a good deal, I don't know if it will break down on me but if it does I'm taking it to the repair man in Central-LA, they charge me like 70$.

Heyy; nice vid! i am interested in where do you apply the grease; i presume the rollers; but mine started to act weird not allways registering when doing fast motion ( ie backspin in vinyl mode) there is a latency between it.

I have zero 10x battery was looking to convert it to an e-bike kit but that battery is for two controllers thus has two connector wires for each one, I plan on using this method to get make it work however my battery is 50a and I can only see switches that go up to 40a with xt60 connectors, any suggestions?

Great video, I can tell you honestly for all the old school minded sound enthusiasts, light weight and smart use of electricity makes more sense.I appreciate analog and digital technology, but when it comes to providing sound for people at parties, they are not really concerned with all the heavy amp flexing. As long as your sound is not distorted and you can mix well combining the tracks, all that masculine flexing don't matter.

I like both active and passive but Im still more a passive fan. I have two nice matching Klipsch powered subs the amp failed on both. One of them failed and i replaced the amp and it failed again. Then the other one failed. i like the sound of these subs mostly because of the engineering in the enclosure design. The speaker and enclosure are still good but im not replacing the amps. They cost almost as much as a whole new powered sub. So I am turning them into passive subs and Keeping them around a bit longer.
