Dumb bass player here, but I do own one guitar with a Bigsby that has the opposite problem - the arm is stuck tight and will not move at all. I don't want all loose like yours is at the beginning of the video, but I want to at least be able to move it through its full rotation. Now I know; it's as simple as adjusting that nut underneath!

I've watched this and some of the comments, some saying your timing's wrong and your fingering is wrong. It may be true but this video was the best in explaining of what you are actually doing. And for those commenting that you should be using your thumb for the low E string, there is no rule of what fingers to use and from my very limited experience and ability I cannot get my thumb round to do that while also using my other fingers to press on the other strings.
