You are very welcome,there is no need adding food color to your drink, remember we making a healthy drink,what you need to do is get the right type of zobo flower and get your measurement right.

I tried using only jaggery to sweeten the Zobo i produced for sale, but i ended up adding dates, because i couldn't taste the sweetness of the drink. What did i do wrong?

Haaa,use jaggery again,you will never go back to other sweetners i promise you,use the right quantity,send a message to me with the liters of zobo and the quantity you used let me help you get it right,people are really sleeping on this jaggery as a sweetner,thou expensive but really nice and healthy,even the little you use for your drink,tell me,how is the taste?

Here is the thing with jaggery, it is made from sugar cane and we have different types of sugar cane and the sweetness attached to it,it might be that you jaggery was gotten from sugarcanes that are not that sweet ,if you find yourself with such,add more and taste to balance

If heaped,it is about 24 cups but if leveled,then you will have about 20-22 cups,for the coconut,I haven't tried measuring in cups so I can't give an accurate measurement in cups for that.
