I soaked my polyester nike shirt in cold water and then scrubbed with a toothbrush and then once a bit of it came out then I added dawn dish soap to the toothbrush and continued to scrub until it was mostly gone. It’s a faded stain now but it’s a hell of a lot better then it was. I saw something that said to use rubbing alcohol after trying cold water and dawn soap but I didn’t try it cause I’m ok with the faded. Hope this helps!

How is this gonna help or work if it's a skirt with a lining? I bought a beautiful black skirt w/(crooked) rhinestone embellishments from China (a birthday gift for my daughter) and 7 or 8 need to be repositioned w/o damaging the fabric or removing the lining.
