Akuma or something like that, it’s a admin only skin and can only be given to players by admins, but the admin will lose the skin if they do give it to them.

so it was a skin u got before GT got reworked in an update. To get said skin you had to have 1000 kills as GT. If however u didn't have that u could win an art contest for AB or just ask the guy that made it to give it to you. Sadly I don't think he's gonna willingly give it out anymore. Imma try to find him and get it for mehself :D
