Hello, I got a question hiw did you figure it out that your low speed isn't working on the first place before your test? Did you use the windshield demist method? I know my high speed is working but the low speed is just not coming on. Wonder if it's same issue. I would hate to change resistor and find that it still doesn't work 😅

Hi, I got the P0480 code on the obd reader. As advised on the ownersclub, I pressed the demist button and I got no reaction. So I took the resistor out and changed it. You can test it with a multimeter too, usually you will se 1k or 1M of resistance.

Yeah I looked on the forum as well, the demist method proves the low speed doesn't work and by connecting the relevant pins on the trinary switch I know for sure high speed is working fine. And since the version with the resistor is the 2 speed, it must be it. Great, thanks for your help and BTW very helpful video, I'm subbed 👍🏽

What did you use to replace all that black sticky stuff that covers the circuit board and protects it from ingress?

Double sided self adhering tape which I got from toolstation store. Just make sure you have a piece to show it to them when you go buy one, that is going to help a lot! Cheers
