Protein powder can be made from maggots. So they probably are revived.

We had these black racers on the farm that my grandparents ran when I was growing up my grandfather forbade us to molest them or bother them because they ate rats in the barn I know but I can remember one we named blackie that lived in the barn and 1 day I was getting feed to feed the animals and when I took off the lid Somehow blackie got trapped and decided to make a hasty exit over my shoulder needless to say that's as close as blackie and I ever got I think it scared him as bad as it did me

Wow. There's a large mud dauber living under my back porch. When I sit down and smoke, it hovers in the air, waits for me to move then it goes into it's nest. Mud daubers are insanely smart and docile.

be very careful! my sting could of also been a paper wasp! it's hard to tell sometimes, my reaction ended up looking nasty this time. Every sting reaction varies.

As a kid I watched a lot to the crocodile hunter so I was always catching snakes and frogs well I see a snake go across the lawn one day and it with a black racer about that size I went after it to grab it and it acted just like that. Didn’t dare to grab it and have never seen another one since. That was about 2004

I was in my yard pruning some boxwoods as I do often and looked down at this strand thing embedded in my arm. I have 8 Acres and have been bit by almost everything. I did not see where it came from but am guessing from the ground. No others came out and I sat there. I thought it would sting and go away but it stayed in my arm and wiggled its bottom half like it had a hula hoop. Maybe I was in awe watching it. I finally had to forcefully flick it off of me. Strange color. It was small and looked like an anemic wasp but the lower body was thin. If I didn't know better it was as if it was feeding off of me like a mosquito but definitely stinging me. My rash is like the picture of the young lady. I marked it the night before. When it happened it was the shape of a small to medium jar lid and round. I woke up and it has tripled. Starts about an inch from my wrist and wraps around my arm to my elbow. The outer edges are a brighter red. It's hot to the touch only painful if you press on it and have a mild fever, breathing fine. I have looked at thousands of pictures and have not found anything like it. I am not worried but would really like to know what it is. Thanks
@kimberlyhaas15 ай бұрын
mud daubers and paper wasps stings are nasty! just take allergy medicine and ice the area. you have to let it run it's course, my arm got worse for 2 days and then resolved itself.
