Was born smack in the middle of the 90's and I didn't have much money so I had older things, and I had older cousins that I did everything with. Soooo yeah 90s for the win!

I want say that 1997 is the limit to be a 90s kid. But I do think there is an exception to the influence especially if you had older siblings and had hand me down or followed their lead.
