Thank you for pointing out the nature of sin. We think sin only affects ourselves, but the truth is it hurts everybody. That's why all humanity has had to deal with the consequences of Adam's poor decision.

1 John 3:10 says all who continue in sin are children of the devil. 2 Peter 2:14 says the cursed wicked children of the devil cannot stop sinning. YAHweh's born again Saints have had their sins physically taken away. When their sins are physically taken away, then YAHweh gives them the Holy Spirit to replace their Spirit and they never sin again -1 John 3:9 the wise will understand.

In Romans 7:14-25, the Apostle Paul says: "We know that the law is spiritual; but I am unspiritual, sold as a slave to sin. I do not understand what I do. For what I want to do I do not do, but what I hate I do. And if I do what I do not want to do, I agree that the law is good. As it is, it is no longer I myself who do it, but it is sin living in me. For I know that good itself does not dwell in me, that is, in my sinful nature. For I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out. For I do not do the good I want to do, but the evil I do not want to do-this I keep on doing. Now if I do what I do not want to do, it is no longer I who do it, but it is sin living in me that does it. So I find this law at work: Although I want to do good, evil is right there with me. For in my inner being I delight in God’s law; but I see another law at work in me, waging war against the law of my mind and making me a prisoner of the law of sin at work within me. What a wretched man I am! Who will rescue me from this body that is subject to death? Thanks be to God, who delivers me through Jesus Christ our Lord! So then, I myself in my mind am a slave to God’s law, but in my sinful nature a slave to the law of sin."

@@ParentRoadMinistries the knowledge of the Holy is understanding -So it is written Romans 7:22 speaks of the Law of YAHweh. Romans 7:23 speaks of the law of Moses. Psalms 89:34 says the Law of YAHweh is forever. Galatians 3:19 and John 19:30 both say Moses' law is no more. the wise will understand.

all of YAHweh's born again Saints have ceased from sin forever -1 John 3:9 the inspired scriptures are written to the Saints. YAHshua said to pray only to YAHweh the creator -Luke 11:2, Matthew 6:9 when you pray to YAHweh, let your words be few -Ecclesiastes 5:2 all of YAHweh's Saints who were not in Jerusalem, prayed toward Jerusalem with open eyes because that is where YAHweh's temple was - 1 Kings 8:29, Daniel 6:10, Psalms 138:2, Psalms 5:7 YAHweh allowed the temple on earth to be destroyed. Now, YAHweh's temple is in the heavens heaven. All of YAHweh's saints look up in prayer. It takes faith to look up. do not do as the christians do.

In Romans 7:14-25, the Apostle Paul, whom God used to write much of the New Testament, said he still struggled with sin while he was on this earth. Yes, we should pray to the Lord God only, Yahweh, the Creator of the heavens and the earth, the triune God. He also tells us to pour out our hearts to him. The Psalms are prayers and some get quite long. Jesus, who never sinned, prayed all night (Luke 6:12-13).
