Mimosas Ingredients: Glass ¾ full of champagne Orange juice Fresh strawberry Instructions: Pour champagne in a glass, about ¾ full, tilting the glass as you pour. Add orange juice, to preference. Top it off by adding a fresh strawberry to the rim of your glass. Cheers!

Greek Spinach Omelette Ingredients: 3 eggs 1 tablespoon milk ¼ teaspoon cream of tartar Pinch of salt and pepper ⅔ lb chopped sausage ½ teaspoon fennel 2 teaspoons minced garlic Pinch of oregano and basil, to taste ⅓ cup mushrooms ⅓ cup diced onion 2 tablespoons sliced olives ½ cup spinach ½ cup crumbled feta cheese Instructions: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Combine sausage with fennel, minced garlic, and a pinch of oregano. Add sausage mixture to the heated pan along with olives, mushrooms, onions, a little more oregano, and basil to taste. Wait until the sausage starts to cook and turn light brown, about 4 minutes. Then, place an even layer of spinach on top of the sausage. Shake pan intermittently. While the sausage cooks, whisk together 3 eggs, cream of tartar, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add the egg mixture to the pan. Tilt the pan so the egg mixture is evenly distributed over the spinach and sausage. Cook for 3-5 minutes, checking the bottom of the omelette to make sure it's neither burnt nor undercooked. Flip the omelette, then add feta cheese. Fold omelette in half, encasing the cheese inside. Once eggs are fully cooked, immediately transfer the omelette to a plate and serve.

Peach and Mango French Toast Ingredients: 2 slices bread of choice 1 tablespoon canola oil 3 eggs ¼ teaspoon cream of tartar 2 teaspoons sugar ½ teaspoon vanilla extract 3 tablespoons milk ½ peach, diced ½ mango, diced 2 tablespoons simple syrup (1 tbsp. water, 1 tbsp. sugar, dash of vanilla extract) whipped cream, to taste Instructions: Make simple syrup and combine with the peaches and mangoes in a bowl. Set aside this fruit compote. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, cream of tartar, sugar, milk, and vanilla extract. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of canola oil. Dip two slices of bread into the egg mixture, soaking each side generously. Place each slice on the hot pan. Cook 3-4 minutes or until the bottom is golden brown. Flip each slice and cook another 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Plate the french toast and add the peach/mango fruit compote on top. Add whipped cream, and enjoy!

Skillet Potatoes Ingredients: 3 tablespoons canola oil 2 small to medium potatoes (1 pound), shredded (hash browns) ¼ cup diced onion ½ teaspoon garlic powder Salt and pepper, to taste Pinch of sugar Instructions: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add 3 tablespoons of canola oil. Once the oil is hot, add shredded hash browns to the skillet in an even layer. Add diced onions, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and pinch of sugar. Cook potatoes 3-5 minutes, until crispy and golden brown on the bottom. Then flip the layer of potatoes. Keep flipping the potatoes every 3-5 minutes until the hash browns are done to your preference. Transfer to a dish and serve.

Thanks again for putting this together! Is there a chance of posting the recipes in the description or comments for easier access later? (It's a lot easier to print off a KZbin comment than to take screen shots of indivdual frames.)
