The woman in yellow was my 2nd grade teacher. She took a couple of months off (to do this I guess) and when she came back she was making everyone do aerobics 😂

I loved this workout video...was the best I ever had ...it made it so easy to start getting into working out..plus u do a good warm up first then u workout doing only 2 sets of 16 of each exercise working out the whole body with easy exercises that are not Strenuous on the body ...I actually lost 58 pounds 😅 I love❤ THIS VIDEO WISH THEY WOULD RELEASE IT ON DVD ...IT WOULD BE A HUGE SELLER 😂

This is beautifully explored, I would really like to see an example of a Japanese style garden but in a humid , tropical climate. The natural native plants in these spaces grow exuberantly and dont often fit the tamed aesthetics of Japanese styles gardens which originates in a temperate regions of the world.

I think the key here is influenced and inspired by principles rather that slavishly following 'rules'. Creativity never stands still so ideas like incorporating native plants and adapting to local conditions sets up a new direction that in turn becomes a part of the evolving canon.

A very peaceful and thought provoking experience and one from which I will gain guidance and inspiration for my ongoing garden project. Congratulations and thank you for sharing your deep knowledge and understanding.
