The worse bus company. Never ever take this bus. Not punctual at all. Always cheat the customers. Bought 8.15pm bus to ipoh from tbs but bus arrived at 9.15pm bus. Easily just said "bas lambat"it was on a weekday. The keep lie and lie just to get their tickets selling. Company yang menipu rakyat malaysia. 👎

RTO must introduce a Fine of some amount like rs 3000/- on the bus traveller if found shooting video in driver cabin on moving bus. Fine operator/traveller. Police must impose Fine of some amount through this/such video also. Distraction to bus driver and High risk of road accident.

Buyers Beware. Unfortunately this is a gross misrepresentation of this company's actual practices, this bus in the video isn't the bus usually given to passengers, I bought tickets to Billion Star under their false promise that WiFi, and attached TV and most importantly a clean bus would be provided, and the ticket price reflected that. The bus that arrived (considerably late to merge two time slots) had foul smelling seat, dirty seats, with remains of wrappers on the seat, I picked up the hand rest to find a used spoon underneath, the whole bus smelled of cigarette smoke. In a time of this wide spread pandemic, there is no effort to sanitize the seats, no effort to social distance and just no cleanliness overall. We asked the driver as to why this shit box turned up instead to the bus which we actually paid for, his answer, swift and rehearsed, 'oh that bus broke down so this bus'. Passenger entering the bus were using their alcohol hand sanitizer to spray down the seats. It would be an understatement to say this was an abhorrent experience, this was a disgusting and an absolute risky experience, I don't understand why in this time of such a devastating pandemic, this company gets away with undercutting cleanliness and sanitization! Never again.
