I'm 54 and my wife and I are VERY worried about our future, gas and food prices rising daily. We have had our savings dwindle with the cost of living into the stratosphere, and we are finding it impossible to replace them. We can get by, but can't seem to get ahead. My condolences to anyone retiring in this crisis, 30 years nonstop just for a crooked system to take all you worked for.

I feel your pain mate, as a fellow retiree, I’d suggest you look into passive index fund investing and learn some more. For me, I had my share of ups and downs when I first started looking for a consistent passive income so I hired an expert advisor for aid, and following her advice, I poured $30k in value stocks and digital assets, Up to 200k so far and pretty sure I'm ready for whatever comes.

You are right. The best approach I feel is to diversify investments- by spreading investments across different asset classes like bonds, real estate, and international stocks, they can reduce the impact of a market meltdown.

Suppliers actually get access to a lower cost of capital through these programs via the buyer's investment grade credit rating. If they were to finance their liquidity needs on their own it would be more expensive. The programs are also optional. I'm not sure why the guy who made this video is so confused about the benefits to suppliers...

This is the most moronic ASC that's come across in years if not decades. This helps not a single person. Doesn't help the organizations and just adds to their costs. Doesn't help the readers of financials because it just adds a bunch of useless fluff. What a complete waste of everyone's time and I would hope that everyone that voted to implement this standard lose their seats. Disgusting.

I have noticed the pcaob instructing SPACs to report on risk and audited results from their annual 20f reports. But, the pcaob identified filers are now trying to say they are foreign filers, and announcing unaudited results with no accounting firms, to Hong Kong first, even while EDGAR is open. The language says they must submit promptly, which can be subjective, but Zto waited to allow hong kong trading. It looks like Chinese cayman SPACs are trying to pump and dump before delisting. I asked the SEC for clarity on the rules. Does a SPAC that becomes a dual listed company have permission to delay filing, even if the document they're submitting is pre prepared information, already translated to English? YMM, another company with a short report out by J Capital Reserarch, did not submit their financial report that they released today, to EDGAR......
