I love many of the titles from Keenspot and they use decent paper stock but yes I have been bothered by a lot of their pricing including blank covers and specialty covers. I would of bought 3 covers if they weren't so much higher than long running and other independent distributors. I hope they will cross this character into the Happy Astronaut Universe.

The gladiator story was told with a fun twist, love what you did with the Higgy cover. I am looking forward to finally starting on some of my covers.

I get it in a social media World but people that watch them are really stupid if they don't question their abilities, but still love the comic.

Unless they showed up for the contest after we left, there was a couple highly detailed Star Wars characters and a group of gals in their own unique versions of Anime characters. Not as many as the last one but I think that was hurt by the Madison con also going on, they might of had bigger prizes. There were a couple creepy looking adult men with just a plain mask on kinda hanging over the gals and others.

Thanks, glad you like the videos. Half my family had diabetes but it hasn't got me yet thankfully, another reason I like to do a sugar flush once a year. Plus, to starve cancers of their craving for sugar. I would love to do the flush the Drunken Taoist does, but it takes deep dedication for that one.

No I don't remember seeing that cover, some of his covers are a little goofy but still Stan. I don't think I picked up that run at all, might of decided to wait for the trade if it is a run.

Yeah the show was awesome for buyers but sad for the sellers. The ones I knew made enough to get by but most said it was very quiet at the tables compared to other cons. So glad I got on the Saturday auction, told the wife when Rob first showed it that I wanted to find that one and then I actually won it. I rarely win anything so always a bonus when it is something you want to win. All of Anthony's Beetle parody sketch cards came out great, he picked the perfect colors for them. Another fun con, glad you enjoyed it. Thanks

Jim might be getting that run but he has been doing the digital comics, looks like a lot of comics tied into that run.

I got a variety of titles from back then and did enjoy the Fright Night back then and have it still. Don't remember Ralph Smart though. The way things have been coming back I wouldn't be surprised to see some of those titles brought back.

Thanks, when I seen the Samurai Animals I had to jump on them and glad I did. I have other Slave Labor issues but can't remember what they were but did like them. Yeah I would be up to do a review of something we both have, working on getting my stacks a little more organized but still a mess for searching things that aren't near me. Someday I will have it all cataloged and then the stacks will fall on me and take me out 😂🤣

I can actually say I sadly never had the opportunity to go to an artist alley and with my issues I wouldn't stand in long lines waiting for a signature or picture. I prefer to see the independent local artist, they are free and you can actually shoot the shit with them for as long as you like. Last time Art Baltazar made it to Mighty Con I was happy to finally meet him in person, but he stayed up all night the day before and was like a zombie when talking to him. Last time I stood in line for an autograph was when I was pre-teen either at the Milwaukee Car Show getting the Dukes of Hazzard autographs or at a WWF wrestling signing event in Milwaukee or Green Bay. Catherine Bach was my favorite. Oh yeah when I was going to the Motorcycle Mechanic Institute in Arizona they had a few racers come by and sign some stuff. Signatures are fine for some but I would rather have original artwork. Having fun with the live auctions, glad I found these guys thanks to you. Have a great rest of the week!

Recorded this a week ago and currently going back in for the damn UTI, gonna try a new antibiotic and then sent to urologist. Really annoying having to go back in over and over. Lemmy likes the odd weather and sleeps when it is nice out, he likes fireworks and thunderstorm, think he got dropped on his head a few times 🤣
