Is the motorcycles provided or you gotta bring your own
@qdiddyz-moto19 күн бұрын
In Pennsylvania we provide the motorcycles. Most MSF programs and Total Control programs do provide the motorcycle there are others that don’t these are the BRC basic Ryder class the IRC intermediate Ryder class ARC advanced writer class you bring your own bike hope this helps thanks for watching and commenting
@Kaedehara_YamatoАй бұрын
Do they lend you a bike for the test or would you have to bring one your self? Along with the helmet and or gear?? Sorry, I want to take the test but I’m still nervous and don’t know the exact details for it 😅
@qdiddyz-motoАй бұрын
Most places lend you a motorcycle for the examination
@joshjones2678Ай бұрын
Damn, they got Suzuki’s. We got some Chinese little Brahms that had no friction zone in the clutch and the throttle would open for a quarter second and then you get a bunch of gas.

for anyone watching this to practice. make sure to not put your foot out as early as he did as that is a point off your score if you prematurely move you foot off the motorcycle before entering the box.
@qdiddyz-moto2 ай бұрын
The deduction is for stopping with your front tire on the line. It’s a five point deduction. There’s no way to get a one point deduction on that exercise unless you hit a cone or skip a cone
@bart9202 ай бұрын
@ i don’t know the point value that is removed but my point was there were point(s) removed for putting your foot down early, how many i dont know. after i took the course i went over every single requirement on the instructors tablet that they mark you on. pretty much everything is on there man its a big list of deductions they have to fill out.
@qdiddyz-moto2 ай бұрын
@@bart920 Watch the video again. The rider pulled his foot off the peg but actually never put it on the ground until the bike was stopped. Be able to stop that bike in that box without putting your foot down until it’s completely stopped be pretty difficult for a new rider .
@bart9202 ай бұрын
@ you aren’t supposed to get your motorcycle license if you are that new of a rider if you can’t do that. that’s why it is part of the test.

I heard about the choke what is that mean in the motorcycle and can someone explain what is the fine see
@qdiddyz-moto7 ай бұрын
The choke is only used on carbureted motorcycles. What it does is it primes the carburetor so that fuel gets to the cylinder head once the spark hits it it’ll start the motorcycle up once the motorcycle gets warm then you need to turn the choke off. It’s old technology Fuel ignition neutral engine car switch choke or clutch
