open up the battery and reset it . mine has 19v charged when I tested it with multi meter but doesn't charge or run my tools . so just watch this on KZbin Ryobi Battery Repair, How to Revive A Ryobi 6A Battery. my battery is different but I think it has the same principle. mine is working now

I did all that, worked perfectly, looked great. Then I tried to publish it to my website and all the ticks and crosses reverted to 1 & 0's. Oh well.
