I have one with freezer on bottom and lived it till I had 2 back surgeries and now can’t bend low enough to reach the bottom! Also, check the door shelves inside if you get ice/water outside. Are they deep enough to store things. Mine aren’t so useless space.

Enjoyed hearing from Jeremy and he has a sweet family! My dad's hobby was wood working, and fixing all things that needed repairs. He helped my husband learn to do some of these things especially when we moved into our house. The joke around our house became "Oh that (whatever project) will only take about an hour". No, it would usually take no less than the whole day if not more ! LOL. We still joke about that today when we think something we want to accomplish won't take very long. This was a nice tour of the work thus far on the house.

If you melt the butter and mix in the brownie mix and spread it on top, it is so much better. No powder left on top, and perfectly delicious. My grandkids love it👍
