Sick of them…there are 3 in close proximity on Beal lane and on grains road Shaw…..who gave the permission nobody knows…something needs to be done about this

Oldham council ASB Officers need to be in Shaw to eradicate the beggars …..ASB Officers can and do have tools and powers for beggars …..Police rarely charge shoplifting if it under a certain amounts..unless they are serial offenders…..Costs to prosecute maybe more than value of goods ………PCSO’s can be a deterrent rather than sitting having a brew somewhere ….

To enforce a CBO you need the criminal to be arrested although their are no coppers to arrest….all I have heard is police making excuses….
