Your animation is pretty good, only thing I'd recommend improving is the sound quality. See if you can add them in manually.

As a stop motion creator myself, this is quite a stop motion you got there. Reminds me of Van Animation stop motion. I am also working on similar crossover , trying out interesting concepts to make the stop motion crossover something unique.
