So many Malaysians bashing Sg here. Dun trust what Malaysians say about singapore. They are very sour about Sg. Honestly, Malaysia is f boring. The only reason why Singaporeans go there is because it is CHEAP. Food is meh and not very clean.

None of the campsites are near Katoomba in this video. And I don’t think there are any sites towards Sydney. I can highly recommend the WikiCamps app for finding spots. Good luck

As an Indonesian living in Singapore for 9 years, I think it does sometimes get boring as you go to the same places nearly every day since Singapore is so small. Another disadvantage is the people as they sometimes can be quite rude and unfriendly.

Me to. I'm from the Philippines when I was just going there it was so much fun but I haven't reached 6 months yet I already want to go back to the philippines because I thought singapore was really fun that's when i realized it's still so much better to live in my own country i think i expected to much in singapore

Love the matchstick blinds on the roof, and the simplicity of your build. Lot's of great ideas. How do you find driving the van on unsealed roads? Any issues? Thanks for sharing. Cheers
@TobyandTamar3 жыл бұрын
Thanks! Our build has been great. Simple and practical and functional. We have driven on many dirt roads without a problem but if the road is very corrugated it’s not very comfortable. We have 4 chunky tyres on now which is great for a bit of off-road adventure.

Hi friend thanks for that, can you tell me the memory sd card you use? and how much time you can shoot with it?
@TobyandTamar3 жыл бұрын
I used a Sandisk extreme pro 32gb. Can't remember how much time I could record. It was over 5 years ago that I shot this and now use a Lumix S5 and GH5. The Magic lantern raw was way too time consuming.

Wow, crazy that you went up there in the dark! It's so steep! Such a shame that you couldn't see any stars but the sunset the next day is beautiful! Love that you also shoot with film! Love the 7:45 scene when you can see how huge the rocks are. It looks so cozy with a glass of red in the van after your hike! Great video guys!

Thanks for the comment 😊 initially we spent around $1000 AU. This was for all the materials for the conversion. Later we added the second battery, fridge, roof racks etc which cost another grand or more.
