Ngl wasn't sure if you'd complete the Vatican section before Easter but fairplay I think you've got this now 😅 *If you get stuck on a puzzle I think you can take repeat pictures of the points of interest and the game provides you more clues, can't remember if it works on all the puzzles though.

Not the planned video for today, but I'm a bit behind on things~ Indiana Jones will continue on Friday! 🎮 I've taken into account and wishlisted the previously recommended games on one of my last videos, but if you have more to suggest (demos included!) please let me know! I love these shorter games, especially when I'm not particularly in the mood to delve into something long and complex. 🎮 I hope everyone is staying safe and well~

hi hello~ 🎮 So even though this was a day late, I will still be posting on Monday but due to some recent events and a busy personal life, there won't be another Indiana Jones episode until Friday this next week. I've already prerecorded a playthrough of a super quick demo of a game I'm so excited to see released at the end of this month, so if you are interested in seeing a quick new indie game demo, then look out for the video on Monday! 🎮 I wish everyone well amidst the various things going on around the world~ 💙

Nice bit of progress, slow but steady 😁 The dots at the bottom-right of the screen seem to be to do with the melee weapon you're holding at the time, think they just depict how many hits you have left bashing enemies over the head with it before it breaks lol. Think you were correct playing the game on easy, looks so much more enjoyable like that.
@kajakatie
@kajakatie 14 күн бұрын
Thanks for the info! I've been paying attention to the dots now and you are absolutely right! And, yes, playing on easy definitely makes it more enjoyable! With story games, I like to always play a first playthrough on easy so I can really absorb everything the game has to offer without too much of a combat challenge :)

Oh no 😆 While it's a bit frustrating, I do love that the game doesn't just spoon-feed everything to players. It's more satisfying (in most cases, I think) to discover things on your own than to rely on a tutorial pop-up to always guide the way!

I hope everyone had a good end of year/holiday season and I hope your 2025 can be off to a good start~ 🎮 If you have suggestions of games I should play after Indiana Jones or demos/short games I should try, let me know! I will be doing random videos on some Wednesdays and may do some extra game content and the occasional vlog, except the first Wednesday of the month where I will do my review videos! 🎮 Stay well, stay healthy, drink plenty of water, and do a little bit of daily exercise -- make sure to take care of yourself!

Hey! Awesome to see a new video :D Sorry I didn't leave a comment on the last one, I just couldn't think of anything in particular to say other than "I liked it". But I really am happy to see you continue! As for game recs, judging from the ones you cited, I think we have very different tastes, so I don't know how much you would like these, but I personally love story-focused small indie games with interesting art styles or concepts. If that sounds interesting to you, here's some of my faves: -Wandersong, Chicory, and Beastieball--These are all made by Wishes Unlimited studio, and full disclosure, I work for them in a support role, not a creative one, but I have been a fan for a really long time before I was hired and am always ready to hype them up. They are the kind of games that look fairly simple on the surface but then suck you in with incredibly tight, emotionally resonant writing, so if you want to dig deep into a story, I would definitely recommend these. Beastieball is currently in Early Access but story-complete, most of what is missing is animation assets and other small tweaks. -Chants of Sennaar-- A puzzle game centered around a Tower of Babel-esque scenario, you play as a stranger ascneding the tower and each level features its own society with its own language you need to decode in order to understand what's going on. As a language-lover I had an absolute blast with this one, but it might be brainy for people who are more interested in action than puzzles. -What Remains of Edith Finch-- a 3D exploration game where you return to your childhood home, a huge mansion with many strange rooms, and explore the pasts of your deceased family members. There is an INCREDIBLE amount of environmental detail in this one, so if you wanna spend time looking at lots of little items and exploring what that says about the world and story, this one is a top fave. There's more I could suggest but these are the ones that came to mind first, also I'm posting this early in the video so I might post another comment after I watch it :p

@@Quandtuniverse Thank you!! 😭 And omg thank you for all the recommendations! I have played Edith Finch and agree it is so good! I honestly love most styles of games, but lately I have been seeking out more smaller indie games. I totally added those other games you mentioned to my wishlist haha and I'll take a deeper look into them when I have some extra time, but they sound right up my alley! Honestly, it's hard to pinpoint my taste in games because looking at my Steam library and thinking to all the games I enjoy, it truly is all over the place

@@ElUnicoCocho Yes I've played Edith Finch and loved it!! And ngl Hellblade 2 totally intrigues me but I know I'm so chickenshit ahaha. I'm still trying to get through Death Stranding but I'm too scared to go into BT territory (if you know anything about the game). And I recently tried playing The Forest but got too scared and now I'm happily playing on peaceful mode with no enemies 💀 But when it's multiplayer and I can have a group of people, I'm mostly fine, like I used to play 7 Days to Die and DayZ sooo much a few years ago.

Thank you for choosing that outfit 🫠. That smolder gif was so spot on, i was cackling. Your mouse sensitivity does make me a bit dizzy. I always wondered why some people played like that, fps games! When the photo icon shows up in the top left corner, it means you can take a picture of something nearby for adventure points! I think the only photos that are “saved” show up in your journal when they are associated with a mystery or the main story I also love to just wander around looking at the details and taking pictures of everything!

Hi hello~ I do not know what happened to my face at the start... I tried so many things and it was showing up fine in editing, but each render just did NOT want that first clip to have my face. And I've already spent 5 hours rendering, uploading, re-editing, rendereing again, tinkering with things further, and I'm tired and I want to be able to put this video out and stick to a schedule haha. I'll figure out what went wrong and be more mindful for the future, but please forgive this simple mistake 🙏 As always, thank you for being here. You are appreciated and each little view and comment and like makes me so incredibly happy <3 I hope everyone has a good week leading up holidays, and I dearly wish that no matter how this time of year makes you feel that you can find something, even the littlest thing, to spark some joy in your days.

I'm enjoying this playthrough! Fun commentary and also i looove your editing style adding additional context post-fact :D Unfortunately my Windows 7 machine definitely can't handle this beast so I have to live it vicariously. And yours is pretty much the only one I've seen who is taking a lot of time and care to look at all the details and explore every corner. Though, you looking at literally everything in the office EXCEPT the cat photo had me dying :'D Father Antonio really is wearing hearing aids and if you look on his front side, he has a small box attached to his waist. This is a battery compartment and microphone. Modern hearing aids have tiny batteries and microphones that can fit directly into the earpiece. Neat, huh?
@kajakatie

It's so painful editing myself 😆 And I'm so glad others enjoy the detail as well! Sometimes I think it'll be boring if I spend too much time exploring every corner and detail but I truly enjoy the art and work put into games, especially since I've started to study game dev recently :) Thanks for the elaboration on the hearing aids! I seriously LOVE that they included this in the game in such a subtle way and how it can get you thinking about technology back then and how it's evolved. Very awesome detail and inclusion!!

✨HI ✨ So some things to mention... ✨ I filmed this like 2 weeks ago, edited a week ago, uploaded for 5 min before realizing half the audio got cut out, then couldn't fix it until now, so here we are :) ✨ I mention in the video that I thought it was a PC thing where you could have more furnishing slots, BUT I found the setting that allows you to increase the max, regardless of the platform you are playing on haha. I haven't increased it yet since I don't want to risk lag or crashes, so I'll only turn it on when I need it. ✨ And lastly, I said the next video will be Merlin's new home build, but... then the update came and the new Starpath and Store items and... I kind of went crazy in the Forgotten Lands. So I think an updated Forgotten Lands tour or Forest of Valor tour will be next! ✨ Thanks for watching! I always appreciate kind feedback and advice! I'll get into a better groove with the editing too, hopefully when I can get a new computer soon! ✨ I hope you can find time to relax today, no matter where you are 💙

@@MrDreamlight I want to assume the settings look the same between different consoles -- I'm on PS5 so I'll describe what I see: Go to "Settings" >> Go down to "Help" Under the "Redemption Code" bar you should see "Extra object limit" with a button probably saying "OFF" (if you haven't turned it on before).
