A fantastic concert. And for him to mention my number one favourite singer Judy Garland in his show stopped me in my tracks as they were brilliant together on her weekly televison show. I thank her for helping discover his music. Rest in peace Jack. I love his music. Got a lot of his records. One of the best voices

Hello Jazz lovers. Great music!!!! I, 72, fortunately still have this LP in my record collection. Moreover, I have great memories of the Collie Band during the 70s and 80s in the Netherlands. Keep enjoying this fantastic music from the past. Greetings, Herman (Nieuwegein NL)

Always gonna love you, Jack. With my punk/rock/indie/jazz genre leanings before, you’re the first one that drew me into the genre of vocals. There’s nobody like you.

Jack Jones recently passed away on 10-23-24 at age 86, after suffering from leukemia for a couple of years -- RIP, JJ. He has been one of my very favorite singers for a long time, truly one of the greats of the 20th century and beyond. Thankfully we have his videos and recordings to play often.

I always liked Jack Jones. I was a kid and he would be on the Jerry Lewis telethon. I found out yesterday that he had passed away. Such a beautiful, emotion filled voice.

SADDENED TO LEARN OF THE PASSING OF JACK JONES ! HE WAS A MUCH UNDER RATED SINGER . WITH A MUCH BETTER VOICE THAN SINATRA ! HE HAD GOOD PIPES UP UNTIL THE END. JACK WAS ONE OF THE GREAT INTERPRETERS OF THE AMERICAN SONGBOOK AND STANDARDS . SAW HIM LIVE IN CONCERT ONCE . HIS BODY OF WORK WILL NOT BE FORGOTTEN ! FAREWELL JACK JONES . . .

Jack Jones, a Grammy-winning crooner known for “The Love Boat” television show theme song, has died. He was 86. Jones died Wednesday 23 October 2024 at a hospital in Rancho Mirage, California, after battling leukemia for more than two years, according to a statement from his manager, Milt Suchin. Jones began his singing career in the 1950s and in the 1960s won two Grammy Awards for best vocal performance, one on the song “Lollipops And Roses” and one on the song “Wives and Lovers.” He was nominated for several other Grammys in later years, including for the album “Jack Jones Paints A Tribute To Tony Bennett” in 1999.
