The very 1st Mexican 'bialey' I went to in the US I heard this 'crying shriek' and I thought somebody missing their love who passed. A few minutes later another one, then another. And I asked Graciela. 'No she said this is the expression of happy celebration'. I never asked another culturally stupid Q. again - LOL!

El Sr. presidente de los EUA es un ser humano como todos, los títulos que la gente se gana o se pone son superficiales, creo que fue bueno que el presidente bailara y así percibirlo de una manera diferente, por ejemplo yo veo que en ocasiones hay personas que cuando obtienen un ascenso son de los más déspotas e IRRESPETUOSOS; Ahora bien, si la primera dama no conocía a Thalía, pues ya la conoció y no creo que se le olvide, igual y no es la última vez que se encuentran.
