Houses are still insanely overpriced with the current interest rates. In addition, I’m seeing KZbin videos popping up that show just how shoddy the build quality is for all the houses that were built during the pandemic craze. Actually, the build quality has been on a downward spiral for years even before the pandemic craze. Anyone buying one of these overpriced, oversized, shoddily built American houses is just asking for a world of grief.

Well whether I agree or disagree the fact is buying beats renting. You have the opportunity for appreciation as most have seen.

@ I respectfully disagree. Yes, there is appreciation but that was years ago. People buying today won’t see much appreciation for many years. Especially, with the significantly increased property taxes and insurance. In addition, unless it’s a cash purchase, you’re still renting. You’re just renting from the bank, is all. Also, like I said, most new construction is crap, which totally makes sense. Why would the mega home builder companies give up easy profits for quality. Build a house with crap materials and naive buyers will still plunk down for hundreds of thousands. Makes perfect business sense. 💰💰💰😄😄😄👍👍👍👍

@ I understand that. The man I talked about in the video took advantage of it. His loan was sold 3 times. He was never notified. He was served with a 10 day eviction notice. The Facebook post had several people in the feed say it happened to them as well. It sounds like the system messed up and innocent people are facing the consequences
