Hey Evert! I have not been drawing this past week. The week before I spent an hour on a pen drawing and posted it on Facebook. Afterwards when I closed my eyes I saw many visions.

Yeah some call it "the game" shure is you can't get out. I never understood what it fully means. Especially all the pro's en contra's. Never learned how to work with it.

I'm an artist too Photoshop since 12 years. Followed classes 3 years for it till specialisation. Been an mental patient starting 1998. I make art and music.

Via kdp select on Amazon. I wrote 6 books in total on that platform. One of them is a poetry bundle called: Traveling Wayti. Other poems are inside all of the books with stories and artworks about the afterlife mostly.

Hey Evert, I'm glad to hear you've published some of your paintings. I am still practicing guitar and mandolin and sometimes an Irish bouzouki. I am very inspired to walk regularly. I realized I feel better when I do. I have a library close to my apartment and it's good to get out. I'm also going to church and therapy meetings and doctors appointments. My doctor doesn't like me being so alone and suggested a volunteer job. But I don't know of any volunteer opportunities I can do. My attention span is short and I kind of go crazy.

have you tried any natural Anti Psychotics such as Amanita Muscaria ? really works wonders on my mental illness - i recommend trying it if you like beer then you will not dislike a few mikrodoses 😇

Big thank you for being a brave wonderful soul and sharing. No one talks about meditations and my son is in psychosis and I feel so discouraged because Risperdal 4mg is not changing anything as far as delusions and paranoia so this video helped me realize it is a journey finding the right meds and not to be discouraged ❤Thank you to you and all those in the comments not afraid to share. Not sure yet. I'm trying to get exhibitions in the future. The first one will be in October of this year with new artworks. I received a message about that today actually. I might want to sell some of my older artworks. It also depends on where you live. There are higher costs when shipping them outside of the Netherlands. Just keep that in mind. Also some are framed and some aren't, mostly the pastel ones are framed. The acrylics aren't. Some paintings are smaller or bigger. The prices can be a bit different because of that. You can have a look at my website with most of my artworks. See the link below. On the bottom of each page on the right side there is a link towards older artworks. Have a look if you want to. Hey Evert! I would feel very proud to have written a book. Maybe one day?! I am putting aside the books for drawing more because binge reading hurt my mind. I have been very depressed lately and sleeping a lot. I use sleep for the place drugs might take in another. Weed is legal here but I know at best it's a temporary solution. I don't see myself surviving any length of time with weed. I've done it before and I still don't care for it. I'm glad it's legal though because we have a 20 trillion dollar debt in the USA.

Good luck in the gym! I feel really good with it, I always go at 11.00 hrs. Not so many people there, it helps. I really do feel a lot better, and making healthy food my priority changed my life so much. I have much more energy and do not nap anymore, or lack of energy to do things. After I joined the gym for a while I joined another club, the Vitality Club. After that I found someone to walk and bike with twice a week. That really really helps!! Take care!!

Hello Evert, maybe consider the Keto-genic diet. It is suppossed to be very effective in treating conditions like ours. There is a book called 'Brain Energy' by Dr Chris Palmer. This should give you more detailed explanation on how it works. We can get through this and get our life back. All the best

Happy birthday! Here in the states nurse practitioners are sometimes used for prescribing medicine for mentally ill people. I have gone without medication before and realized it by dawn because I hadn't slept that night. But that was long ago and the meds I'm on now stay in your system. I mean I can sleep without them, just not all the time. I am still practicing guitar and mandolin almost everyday and I am dedicating myself to walking every day. I also do sketches for my Facebook friends and family. I hope to lengthen my drawing time in the future. I am doing abstract design.
