Amazing analysis and loved how deep you went with each model. I love your nightclub model that you shared. If I were to ask - then the TRIP WIRE offer of 999 Rs. - with weekly broadcast calls - are they for Lifetime or Limited time period like 1 or 3 months? Another question related to the already High Ticket Buyers, who might not see the value of 999 Rs. - how do you see or think to talk to them and get into the funnel where they truly see the value beyond Free email course of 999 Rs. offer?

We are fortunate have coaches like you & Sidz in India. 🙇♂ For me VSL funnel is just transformation of automated webinar model to attract audiences for mid-ticket(₹25K-150K) Services with 60-70% 1-2-1 involvement. Automated webinars are ideal to sell low ticket(Upto ₹10K) courses with 20-30% personal involvement through community(One to many) model. Also to attract audiences on top of the funnel for a High-ticket product.🤗

There may be one more model that no one has tested yet. Probably because it doesn't fit with most of the coaches. But, for some coaches like me who are into productivity space helping people overcome procrastination or health coaches (meditation etc.) the monthly/quarterly SUBSCRIPTION MODEL might work. It is working well in other countries and I am sure what works well there comes to India later with some tweaks. Right now, there are there challenges here - 1. People are not ready for the auto pay 2. You need to have a product that's ongoing 3. There should be an element of addiction in the product. Let me try this and I will return to this comment to let everyone know my findings about this model. As always, thanks for all the clarity Deepak! The way you explain 🙌 It feels like everything is in a flow.

A very In-depth Video and detailed Analysis. With my experience working with coaches as an agency, I have seen the best results are driven with a combination of Uability's funnel and Rajiv Talreja's nurturing through automated webinars & newsletters . A VSL funnel is a high-intent funnel that requires the prospect to show some seriousness by booking a call however, the lead that books a call should know the Brand and the Founder well. Getting a sales from the VSL the moment they opt-in is not the goal, nurturing them while they sit in the funnel and converting later by using email marketing has been a game changer for many of my coaches clients. A high ticket program sells when they trust the Founder and their story. A VSL along with nurturing would an ideal funnel that brings profitability. Thank you such an Insightful Video, DD!

Insights - Nurturing is crucial for selling a high-ticket product. - Most coaches don't make money directly from webinars. - All types of funnels can work-just start with one. - There is no such thing as complete freedom from business - Either you will be managing the team or you will be the person who shows up every single day This video is essential for every coach to see and understand that one can't sell a high-ticket product just by running ads and expecting magic to happen. Patience and persistence are necessary to keep adding value initially without focusing on huge profits. As the audience grows, the money will come naturally.

I watched it fully Immediately I'm creating a community starter level layer at 999/- so that, it is funded for distribution PE - Starter - Just 999/- - Only 2 Live Sessions/week - Audio Book of TP - Micro Course - 7 Figure Productivity No recordings, No challenges, No Accountability, No big courses, No QnA so that, people can trust us... I'm implementing Uability (Sam Ovens) model since 3 months I got freedom.. exactly I stayed at the place where closers are unable to close 50k deals due to leads are not nurtured. This video gave me an instant aha moment. Now, with this 999/- - No extra effort for us - social proof for new members to upgrade to 5k/10k/50k - well nurtured - More conversion rate My community is at 423 members right now. If I can use 999/- model, I can easily scale to 10,000 members faster @raviAbuvala also told - we are in the history of the time where 1 to 1 trust become damn low. Trust also increases with weekly nurturing...! Glad you published this ! One time effort is there: 1. offer creation 2. Landing Page 3. Payment Page 4. Email integration etc., That's OK I like the way you also work. Real Freedom :)

Great explanation Deepak, i really like your Night club model, but one issue is the delivery mechanism for the nurturing of the cold audiences. You do email, and you do it really well, and your email deliverability is also great, because 90% of your emails goes to primary tab, as you are doing it for a long time. Whereas someone who is new don't have auch good email delivery and most of his email goes to promo tab, which makes difficult to reach the audience. Reaching to most of your cold audiences is very important to nurture them, because if they don't consume your content they won't build trust and won't buy. That's why many are trying to use skool as an option as it has more reach, but still it's a new platform and people are not habituated of using it. Whatsapp is a best option in my opinion for content delivery at the beginning, as it has better reach than all. Just sharing my experience. Thanks for the video❤

You should get my email marketing mastery course. I explain about deliverability there. There are ways to increase delivery. But even if the mails land in promotions, you can still make email marketing work.

Great analysis Deepak!! 🙌🏻✨ the key insight for all is that every model works, and every coach, based on their persona need to choose what works best for them. I would still say that the community model is most fulfilling in the long run. 😊 because it’s not based on the information, transaction or the funnel type. It’s based around people, and on a deeper purpose and mission that the students are aligned with, which also impacts their stickability or sustainability within the funnel. Principle: Freedom, according to me is not about working less hours. It’s about doing meaningful work every day, like a bumble bee. It’s where work, does not seem like work. Also, one thing Rajiv and I consciously do, is that we UNSELL a lot. We tell people not to buy, if they’re not committed to the process. The filters out people with unrealistic expectations plus it’s helps create real results for students. What I like about Rohan’s model is that ability to only work with serious folks who are ready for growth. Ideal for agency and freelancers. Hindsight, I can a see that lot of ILH folks who started in 2018 now are going across all our funnels, which is a win for the entire industry. It has expanded their horizons based on their persona and product. I’m proud to say that India is far ahead today compared to other countries, when it comes to innovation in coaching models because of the sheer volume and experimental mindset of our coaches. This is directly impacting the learning culture, income levels and progress of our country!! One thing you can incorporate in your model is a common vision and purpose that’s bigger than you or your tactic. The game is on!!

Pinned this comment. Your version of Freedom makes sense. Freedom to work on what you want. Not freedom from work itself! Competitors warm up the market. Everyone is working to make the market size for coaching bigger. No coach is taking market share away from anyone. We might be collectively taking away the market share from outdated and over priced universities.
