I've been using significantly less heat on my hair this year in an attempt to get it healthier and longer. I actually love my natural curls and waves, but I've needed a bit of help to find the right products to control some of my frizz. Luckily I feel like I'm getting there (my current favourite air-dry combination is the Matrix A Curl Can Dream Spray followed by the Hersheson's Air Dry Spray). This in mind, when I last had my hair done, Maxine who does my colour for me suggested breaking up some of my brighter blonde sections. Then, I asked Eliot if he would leave my hair curly for a change, and we loved it! He mostly let it air dry and helped to smooth some of the curls with his hands, but then for the odd frizzy part he used the tongs to help smooth everything. This is how I tend to balance it myself at home, reducing heat in general but giving things a tidy up. Hopefully by sharing this you can take some inspiration if you're trying to embrace your natural curls too. ❤️ AD info: Today, I am very lucky to receive complimentary treatments at Hershesons, and over the last 10 years I have booked here as a paying client many times. They would be completely out of my budget day to day, believe me, but every now and again I have had an important work commitment or found my hair lacking, and made the investment to get my hair back on the right track. I use a vitamin c wash at night, after I wash my face. Then I use Castro oil with (the ordinary) Rose hip seed oil. I mix the 2 together in the palm of my hand. I then put it on my face, neck, and everywhere else, with what's left over. Now when I wake up, I no longer have redness. Hope this helps someone.

Personally Chanels green colour corrector is heaven, its a very light mint green which is ideal for my extremely fair skin, it blends out very sheer and hydrating. The cost is obscene but it lasts me a very long time and I dont have to put on any heavy layers of foundation or concealer, just the bare minimum. I swear I've used ALL the green colour correctors out there and nothing comes close.

Can I ask how you remove gentle cleansers please? I find ones such as the La Roche Posay Toleriane don’t wash off well, leaving makeup behind and cloths, however gentle, really irritate my skin and further break down the barrier. So hard to get the basics right first. Thank you so much!
