Robbie Fowler once said that Michael Owen used to practice tripping himself up in training. Said he was genuinely incredible at being able to kick his own leg following contact. As I said I think it’s a pen, had no issue with it, but it does happen

5:08 Did Rogers to Mbeumo on Thursday night, which left me 0.4 itb. So I needed to make a transfer regardless to play the AM, and decided to downgrade Díaz to go for Slot to give me the best chance of not having to use another transfer on the manager in 25. Would probably have gone Moyes had I had that .1 more.

Ive had Mykolenko since gw6 and ive benched his points every week. The only time I started him was against United and he got -1 so I'm the complete opposite of Baker!

I think the odds are undervaluing Bournemouth at home to Liverpool. I think they get a result. and I think they're significantly more likely than Everton to. I was tempted by Iraola against liverpool already, despite the double, as I think they're well worth it at home. the only other time that bournemouth play the top teams possible to get table bonus are arsenal and city away in 35 and 37 (by which time they might be so high in the table it's no longer relevant) which could combine with a dgw 36. but 36 might not even end up a double and if there are doubles in 36 then i don't think they look great for table bonus options. knowing that I can get a second bite at a reasonable double for the AM in 25 I'm really tempted to take on liverpool with bournemouth with the form their in.

I would keep Isak even if Watkins doubles, the other match is LIV(h). Isak could get a goal / 8+ FPL pts including bonus when Newcastle host Nottm.Forest

5 matches across 3 gameweeks is too great to turn down. AM is definitely active for me now. I don't see Moyes getting a draw or win against Liverpool, the odds makers give LIV a 68% to win that match on Feb12. I happily took out Allison so Pickford comes in, who I liked a little more in dgw24 anyway so Slot enters the team. Adam is right about the standings being final before the gameweek deadline. FUL probably get table bonus v NFO(h).

I wouldn't go back to Slot in 25 if you miss him in 24. Just keep the pool triple up and use the AM to target table bonus, either villa or Fulham.

@@michaelmaynard3904 if you think Liverpool win tomorrow at Bournemouth I would 100% use the AM on Slot because as a TOT fan I predict Liverpool will advance to the EFL Cup final and therefore have 4 games across two gameweeks. WOL(h) and AVL(a) is a slightly better double, so you could be looking at 3/4 wins. Silva will definitely be the manager to go for in gw25 if LIV do not reach the EFL Cup final and TOT v FUL match is therefore confirmed to be played as a second match in dgw25. Table bonus for NFO(h) is good (win or draw).
