I know the speaker didn't say $150,000... INSANE. I've seen much better ones for half that price, I've seen real homes with 1000 square feet in Texas for that much. The whole concept of tiny is affordability and ability to move around.

I’m not saying the price is or isn’t reasonable. BUT I’m friends with a lot of tiny house builders and have asked many of them “if you had to pick a builder for your own personal tiny house, who would it be? (And you can’t pick yourself)”. They all said mitchcraft. I’ve been in several mitchcraft houses. They are incredibly well built homes.

This is the third time I've seen this house, and each time, the furnishings have been different. I really admire this woman's style and creativity. She keeps trying new things.
