When I got to velen I this was the first place I went to (love doing side quests) and I rlly struggled with the high lvl mobs there I almost died many time if it wasn't for the long dodge(I was lvl 7 at the time) and the fact I was fighting in the dark for the first time and this music just so damn good. This was my first playthrough im enjoying every second of it!

This ending were Ciri becomes a Witcher gives me so much the same vibe of the first Pirates of the Caribbean ending. Think about this: - Both Ciri and Jack are free to do whathever they want at the end, after a long time of being prisioners of a burden. (Ciri being chased by the wild hunt, while Jack being separated from the black pearl until brakes it curse and gets revenge towards Barbossa). - They possess belongings that represent their freedom, witch were giving to them by their beloved friends/companions (The Witcher Sword by Geralt and the Black Pearl Compass by Jack's crew) - At the very end they say a memorable phrase, and just close their objects (Ciri saying "Let' try it out then" after keeping her sword, and Jack saying "Bring me the Horizon" after closing his compass). - When starting the credits, also plays an epic song, that resumes their adventures, giving us the feeling of nostalgia, and letting us thinking about their possible new adventures. (The Witcher - Cloak and Dagger, and Pirates of The Caribbean - He's a Pirate). I wouldn't be surprise if there was a big POTC fan between the developers of Witcher 3 😂

The sword is nice but I really mislike the witcheress ending. Ciri has always been destined to so much more, to just end as a witcher is vile. Empress or even the death endings are better.

Dunno, I really like how simplistic this ending is. It feels like this is what realistically Ciri would want. Living life in peace and without a care for everything happening around. As much as these are possible for a witcher, anyway. It's understandable, considering how basically everyone mistreated her apart from Geralt. And, I don't know, I always felt like obscure things such as destiny have always worked in weird ways in the Witcher Universe, so, to me at least, this is not so bad of an ending

@@ipohertroyanov464 i find it hard to believe since: she appear out of nowhere and geralt cant sense her nor his medallion vibrates. she ask for a pluck of his hair to cast magic that makes impossible for geralt to trace her later (remember the black magic doll in the basement). she talks to animal and control them. and when bested in a fight she disappear becoming a storm of crows just like the other crones did before. who else could it be if not a crone? certainly not a human nor a normal sorceress.

In the “lady of the lake” right before Geralt “dies” they talk in the pub about geralts future who doesn’t want to be a Witcher anymore. It kind off comes to the conclusion though that there will always be bad in the world and the usage of witchers will always be there. In the books it often gets mentioned how there won’t be a stop to the monsters as well so there will always be a need for Witchers

I believe the setting is in the Headpieces or if you press to view it as something else (for example you have the best piece of Armor but you prefer a Hunter outfit or Mercenary look. Or you prefer no helmet look yet you have one)
