You should read the rest of the SciADV series to get the full story. S;G is only part 2 in a massive story.

That is what I've been told. And it really makes me want to deep dive into the other games in the SciAdv series. I think I'll try to start one of the others games on my Twitch stream this month.

@ great! I hope you enjoy them. I’d suggest going in release order or you’ll miss a ton of references and concepts explained in other entries. Your first novel (if you’re going in release order) is Chaos;Head Noah, then Steins;Gate, then Robotics;Notes, then Chaos;Child, then Steins;Gate 0, then Occultic;Nine, then Robotics;Notes DaSH, and finally Anonymous;Code. Also, I highly suggest getting the Committee of Zero patches. They’re fan translations/patches that fix a lot of issues that the official ports of the games have- from terminology inconsistencies to game bugs

@@revelosity4924 Thanks you so much for all the helpful info! I appreciate the time you took to give me a roadmap. I'll definitely be using it. I'm primarily a console gamer. But maybe after I play each novel. I can look up the fan translations to see what changed. Either way I'm super excited to start Chaos;Head Noah!

@ Chaos Head Noah is definitely rough without the fan patch. The fan patch uses a brand new translation because the localization admittedly is very inaccurate. The Committee of Zero (the fan patchers) list instructions for how to get the patches onto console. Highly highly recommend because the bad localizations can mischaracterize characters and change the meanings behind the text DRASTICALLY. Also, of course. Happy to get more people into Science Adventure!

Wow! I didn't understand the severity of the changes with the official localization versions. Until I looked into The Committee of Zero patch work. And that fan group deserves major props. luckily I own the Switch versions of the SciAdv series. And that's the console version they have mod instructions for. So I got lucky on that front. They even have guides to see 100% of each games story. Which is very convenient for me haha. Now I just have to try installing the mod. And enjoy reading Chaos Head Noah!
