IIRC, it's about a girl who works at a development department of a company that makes monsters. Their goal is to beat a hero, but always loses because of lack of budget, flaws of the designs of the monsters and the leader of the company wanting the monsters to look cute. That's what I remember, it's been a long time since I watched it.

@trisfaleel I say trans male as being trans is identifying as the opposite sex and it seems like this person was put into a female grown or artifical made body. And as sex is female and they still think as male i think it would be trans male cause the sex is female and I don't think they had a body surgery.
