Also down this street was Collectors Records and also the Jazz Mine which was one of my favourite bars in Woking. 2:04 I think that used to be called Planets, I moved overseas a few years after that was built. 3:45 looks like that area has been done up quite well, it used to be full of those charity muggers. I used to work in the building just off right of screen at 6:31. 6:36 there used to be a good kebab house on the right in those shops somewhere. 7:07 Mr Cod fish & Chips was down this steet. Also I remember in that Victoria Place there would sometimes be Mclaren F1 on show and on the odd occasion a F1 driver signing autographs, I remember Mika Hakkinen & David Coulthard bring there.

3:27 The Cannon the landlord around mid 90s used to do lockins here for regulars, 4:15 used to have an eccentric landlord around the same time.

0:22 I used to do DJing back in the 1990s at 3 bars in the shot there, Ferryboat on the left, Henrys Castle in the middle and New Streets Of London on the right. Great memories. 2:30 I remember watching football matches on TV a few time at a couple of pubs down that road straight ahead. 4:40 found one of them, the other one IIRC was directly across the road.

0:26 that use to be a shithole of a pub, srprised it's still going! 3:58 Couch Oak used to have discos on a Saturday night was a good place to pickup. I hardly recognise a lot of the other places.

1:46 The George - used to bang my head on the doorframe entering that place, 4:10 surprised to see The Regent still going there were fights just about every weekend there back in the day.

Shame we don't see the other side of the station 1:28 there is or was a pub called The Clairmont used to play pool in there they had at different points in time a hexagon & L shape pool table. Good to see there's still a butchers at 1:36 I used to get steaks from there occasionally. There used to be a good pub with Jazz bands on Thursday nights behind the Esso garage 4:06 I think its a Beefeater now or something like that. Wow Superfish is still going 4:10 I remember that back in the 1980s.

The Youth Club used to be where the houses are now behind that bus stop at 1:40, There are no shots of the Village Hall behind the end of the shops at 2:45, I used to play snooker there. The pensioners day centre at 2:08 was opened by Princess Diana. The Plough at 4:14 used to be good for real ales, probably still is. I had friends who lived above those shops at 4:58 the landlord looked like Gene Wilder. Many a night spent at The Blue 5:43 back in the 1990s.

I've been there, when I was on a few days break to London last year. Great place, I absolutely love the riverside area in particular. Amazing place. Plus it's great having Bushy and Richmond Parks right by it, Richmond Park being my favourite of all of London's Royal Parks

I was visiting university of Surrey for an interview, and I changed for a bus I'm not sure here or where I have a memory of a peanut! But the whole place was surreal I still remember I wanted to roam around only if I had time at hand. One thing I clearly remember the town high street was cyan sky blue in color was it Guilford for sure?

Looks a lot different to ehat I left in 1956. There wasn't a Chinese and where did Mac Fisheries and Kingston the Butchers go ?

The new redeveloped quarter, near the canal u see at 5:00 has great restaurants and has been a great improvement. But the main town center is miserable and been in desperate need of investment for over a decade. They are trying to turn maidenhead into an attractive prospect for London commuters with the sheer number of overpriced flats going up, but aren't investing in the facilities to support the population.

Lived in Battersea off the Latchmere road from ‘65-‘91. It’s changed a lot over the years but some places haven’t, especially the old council estates

Wow how Camberley has changed, I lived there between 1962 to 1970, I remember the days when on a Saturday morning, "Camberley Kate" would walk down the high street with her many stray dogs and hand cart, great memories....

I've been there, I was on a few days break to London a year ago, one of those days I visited Richmond, KUT, both royal parks there, Hampton, Hampton Wick, East Molesey and Thames Ditton. What a lovely area, plus when crossing the bridge into East Molesey and Thames Ditton, it was my first time I set foot in Surrey. The whole area is lovely. Love the pub in Thames Ditton called Ye Olde Swan. When I next go to London I'll defintely be back

Windsor used to be busier but majority of the decent shops have gone to Bracknell and it's now full of cafes. I say this as someone who lives nearby and have done since the early 90s. The only thing I would go there for would be Daniel now.

Walton-on-Thames brings back so many fond memories of someone so dear, who lived there. She's gone but I seem to keep looking for her, still ~ God Bless her Soul 🙏🙏
