Hey thanks a lot for the great video! I have a question: I have a full time remote job at the moment and Im looking for a good spot to work from in Africa, you mentioned frequent power outages, do you think this could be a problem with a full time job or is it still manageable? Like there are some meetings i really have to attend when workingn but otherwise i am quiet flexible. Otherwise do you know some other place in africa you would recommend instead? What about mainland Tanzania?

No prob! I wouldn't recommend Zanzibar if you need to be on calls unless you're working from a coworking place that has backup generators! I prob wouldn't do mainland Tanzania personally. I spent a lot of time working from Cape Town and loved it. They also have power issues but most places have generators now so it shouldn't be a problem there

Recline but I’m hyper aware of ppl behind me & tell them to tell me if I’m bothering them I’ve never been told But I’ve only taken one flight within the United States and it was first class from New York to Chicago and back My other flights were from New York to Portugal and nobody complained about reclining The tiny planes from mainland to Madeira, there was no reclining so it didn’t make a difference

@@ambibambi7154 literally not at all what that’s about 😂 I couldn’t walk on the street without someone trying to pull me into a shop and I was constantly harassed. No issues with Muslim countries generally - just didn’t have a good experience in Egypt

Philadelphia 3/10 Seville 9/10 Nairobi 1/10 (and my family lives there even) I guess it depends where you go and what you wanna do and who you are tbh Race plays a factor. It really really shouldn't but it does :/ I've been to Capetown too. It was fine. Very pretty city.

Cape town should be lower. But anywhere you need to be mindful. Dont wear flashy jewelry in certain countries. I have done many solo adventures as well.

@@spellboundtravels my friend left the city in 2018 because he was tired of being robbed every year, broken into his car, home, things stolen off his porch etc. so it comes as a surprise that you would call it safe.
