So how do you clean a main trunk that is not accessible with cutting a hole? Because obviously from your video your big negative air hose wont do anything without direct air compressor hose agitation first and dont say because you shove hard compressed air hose all the way to the trunk ... Because you cant! The only way to get the trunk when not hole cut accessible is the positive air method with air propelled ball that gets the surface of the trunk!! Love to hear your response. Also if the trunk is not accessible with compressed air whip. You are literally pushing debris into the trunk from registers that you know you cant get out

The problem with this flex is that this method does not work on newer homes with flex ducting 😢 They will cry, fight and throw fits trying to say more powerful is better but facts are flex ducting is plastic with wire holding the integrity together. That powerful unit would have pulled the wiring out of the duct, disconnected it from the joints and caused more damage than anything. Along with that much force causing havac on the plastic ducting most companies here use a rotary brush which is horrible. I hear multiple times a week of home owners who had to replace ducting after a cleaning. Issues. With many various reputable companies using this method. I inspect ducts and companies do as this guy did. They hook up and close off registers which leaves the ducting dirty. Large objects still lodged on the ducting. Unfortunately for these guys with the big flex on super powerful units. It’s becoming a thing of the past rapidly. It’s not rocket science. Air + agitation + collection unit. You can even use the air handler to assist on pushing pour if the supply and in through the return. You have to be more careful on plastic ducting. You can’t go in and Mike Tyson it or you’ll fuck the hurts up,

The HEPA you tossed aside does the best job. Too much suction can cause collapse and the airflow simply assists with forward and reverse sweeping all to the plenum.

I have an HVAC business and I want to include this service in my business. I live in Omaha Nebraska. What equipment do you recommend? I was in contact with a company that sells duct cleaning equipment called MEYER Air Duct Cleaning Equipment. They have a machine called the Zephyr for truck mount but it is different than the one you have. I invested in a Rotobrush but stopped using it because I didn't like the results on metal ducts with rectangular main trunks. I just looked and saw that it worked decently on flexible ducts. But here 98% of it is metal ducts.

These guys on fb marketplace kept lowering their price and following up with their fake profile of a "white" family but had Indian accents and sounded young. I was like ok we the price is nice $60 He called to confirm and said he will book Rob and Bryan for the following day. The next day he was Rob lol same voice and slight stutter. They had a van and had the big vac. Checked all the vents. Did their thing then showed me before and after pics. They also helped themself to water in the fridge which wasn't a HUGE deal because it was hot but it was strange to be going through someone's fridge I should have offered them some anyways. The other guy also made himself a sandwich while he waited for his friend to finish packing up the van. The $60 was now $300 because they put a new filter in (I pay about $20 in store price) and sprayed the vents with some spray? Also, they cleaned the dryer vent. wtf ? I wasn't asked for extras so they hummed and hawwed then said ok don't tell nobody but we give you this deal for just $200 but even so today they take off $50 so $150. Still. No they said $60 no tax I showed them the emails and went down to $100 clearly mad. I said ok $100 is fair, I'll just charge you $40 for the food and drink they helped themselves to and it's a deal! Buddy went to make sure they didn't forget anything but walked out with the complimentary filter they put in haha A few months later the blower on the unit died. It smelled like smoke then wouldn't blow anymore so I got in there and removed all the panels to see it absolutely drowning in dust so it just got over worked and quit. It was such an easy replacement and cheap too but the HVAC people were charging $1900 but I picked up what I needed for $300
