im looking for a boot that is lightweight and is a one piece upper for that locked in feeling. the mizunos seem to fit the bill but do u think it is a good choice considering that i am a prop

Would be good to hear more about durability. My biggest problem since Adidas have started using synthetic materials is that they fall apart super quick. Before investing a potential £200 in a pair of boots, I want to be assured that they will last more than 10 games (which the Predator Malice Controls did not.... twice).

No offense, I Disagree with straight laces being the best option as the laces can mess up the contact on the ball, and the Rs15's don't need to be used side on, the grip is on the upper as proof of that. Remember Handre Pollard kicked the same while wearing Adidas before Nike where he struggled to adjust to it in 2021 but eventually in 2022 got back up and running.

Both of these boots have now been discontinued so they are no longer produced. If you are wanting to stick with adidas rugby boots, we would suggest the RS15 for a backrower! Thanks.

Idk if it's just me but I always feel that adidas' soleplates are hard and stiff compared to nike, they are also resistant to bends which for me is not conducive to sprinting. Not to mention that hard top material pressing your toes when you crease it. Nike has that light and tight feeling that it feels like you're running on your feet. What do you think?

I find that Nike has the harder upper and soleplate. Though I’ve only tried vapor and gave up on Nike because for me I hate how stiff it is compared to adidas boots like crazy fast f50 and predators

All the years ive played i used soccerboots that is made for firm ground. Yeh once in a while you twist your ankle and slip. Finally trying out canterbury boots for sg play since im in the netherlands now and all grass is boggy.
