What happens to all the unharvested middle section which goes under the harvester between the wheels? Was it harvested but not cut or do you come back for that part? Thanks
@cidah6199
@cidah6199 2 ай бұрын
So this machine cuts the canola crop and places it in a row so it can evenly dry down to correct moisture which will then be harvested approximately 10 days later.

@@cidah6199 So to confirm, that row I was referring to is already cut down canola crop placed in a pile (in a row), and you come back for it later and scoop it up? Thanks

Great footage. Conventional cropping is so backwards. Killing something to grow another thing in its place. Increasing inputs for the same result. Harvested crops loaded with residual herbicides, pesticides and fungicides.

Great video. It makes you wonder when you watch that Axial Flow crawling along with the 60ft front, by the time you take into account the auger hanging all the way out the back waiting to be wiped off on a tree, the chaser bin 6 inches from the front while unloading and all that cutter bar to keep an eye on whether you’d be better off with a 35ft front and going twice as fast.

@cidah6199
@cidah6199 4 жыл бұрын
yeah pretty certain Australia only imports s series machines tho they are American spec machines. its very region dependent here in Aus for brand machinery John Deere, Case IH and New holland would be the main brands. Claas has been almost none existent in Australia only really having a resurgence in the last 15 years.

@cidah6199

John Deere has a very large presence in Australia, No John Deere machines are built in Aus all is imported from the USA and Europe, from memory most John Deere harvesters are made in Germany for the Australian market.
