No brother, I don't think a 13-inch laptop will fit in it but you can keep a camera in it, like a GoPro, or your small selfie stick, or documents, this type of car can fit in it, but I don't know about a 13-inch laptop, I haven't seen it till now, if you tell me, I can keep it and see and then I will tell you.
