I used to be in a band in San Francisco and we had a practice studio and 4 Non-Blondes used to jam across the hall directly across from us. We used to hang out with them on our breaks, before they got their major break and who knew that Linda Perry was going to write that song and going to be such an amazing producer? I used to listen to them jam Led Zeppelin, and they were amazing.

The world wasn't ready for this song. It was ahead of its time. It's still one of my favorites and i play it often. I loved it from when i first heard. It's just so different and weird but it's still hot. She makes her best records with Pharrell. He understands her.
