I’m so mad new exhaust didn’t fit. Got my bike all apart. Dying in the heat. Now I gotta wait worst part it’s 4th of July week so gonna be long b4 I get a response n new exhaust made

@@fifteCaliber yes 21 ducati supersport. Gonna send them picture n they will prob switch it out. Hopefully doesn’t take them long to replace it

@@fifteCaliberpdate had to send it back. They widened one of the pipes. It was still a b to get on tho. Had to hit it with a rubber mallet. It’s such a bad fit. Still tryna line it up right but pipe is so tight can’t get any wiggle room

@@fifteCaliberhey I’m sending the pipe back n getting a refund. It just doesn’t fit. All pipes from head to clamps are all lose n canister is rubbing Tire. No matter what I do there’s no wiggle room to get canister to stop rubbing on tire. It still has a whole inch to go in but because it’s hitting tire it won’t go.

@@ll.7927 sorry to hear that, maybe there’s a different variation of the pipe on your bike. At least you gave it all you could! Time to find a new kit to use. Good luck!

Anyone that’s doin this use a torch on those two bolts for the exhaust they will come out just be careful u don’t burn anything

I believe it's supposed to trick the sensor so that the internal butterfly valve stays open.

This video is so helpful, thank you for making it. I’m two hours in and almost got the original exhaust off. I didn’t have a tool for the lambda but it can be loosened with a 17mm spanner and then by hand. Lots of wd40 really helped. What a pain this is but at least the result will be worth it!

Hey man! i bought a 2021 Supersport 950s, i LOVE this exhaust sound. i reached out to werkes and they’re still working on an exhaust for the 2021 model, but would you mind making a video without the baffle? i know it’s probably a lot to ask but i’m dying to hear what it sounds like without it. thanks man!

These bikes sound very aggressive without the baffle, mainly with the intense backfires get amplified even more, I would like to help you out however I sold this particular bike, so I can't make new videos with it, sorry. Congrats on your new bike, you're going to love it!

So… I did this yesterday (but for a Termi, not an RW) and your video helped a lot. I couldn’t remove the right hand Allen screw on the right hand inner heat shield, so I needed to find another way to get to that nut, and I did. No need to remove the lambda probe or ANYTHING from the right side, it can all be done from the left side. kzbin.info/www/bejne/fKnCnJSqeNWEr7M

Great video, very helpful. However, I'm stuck on the lower right header pipe flange nut. You used a 10mm crescent, correct? I can't get any purchase at all, and there certainly isn't clearance to put the closed end on it. I'm thinking of using a dremel to shorten a socket which might fit. otherwise I'll be looking to buy a crow's foot.
