Yk u can be skinny naturally and healthy and toned bc u workout and not look like that. Other countries most ppl u see have abs and im astonished but that's bc ppl there walk everywhere and eat healthier That's to say, there's nothing wrong with their bodies they look healthy (not medically considered fat) and pretty lean but not all bodies that are "natural" should be praised for looking like this... depends on ur body type, for someone with an athletic build naturally, looking like this would mean trouble for them bc that's not how their body "normally" looks like. It all depends on body type, diet, and structure (including how u structured ur life whether ur active or not)
