My little mare with a huge personality, Belle, is 30. She's still doing good but will destroy me when her time comes. Thank you for a wonderful tribute.

I remember you remarking that "Dude" had passed on a few months ago. What a lovely tribute to a faithful companion. Glad to see you on video (I almost said film) again after so long.

Thanks for the videos . Did a complete rebuild on a 93. Only thing is the big nuts on the axel . The inside nut should only be 40 inche pounds . The locking nut is very tight . I tightened them all and took the drum cover seal out in 2 min of riding .

Appreciate your information Ray. Thank you.

Question for you . If the axel can go in either way could you reverse it if the splines are wore where it ran on diff side ? Use the brake drum side ? It shouldn’t have any wear on it . Thanks

Man these videos for the 300 Hondas are awesome! Thanks a lot from east ky! I have a 98 I got new and is still going strong I’m just now 26 years later getting ready to change the rear brakes 😂 I’d say that’s pretty good for the back brakes to never been apart!

when you stretch the wires doing the "tug" test, notice the insulation turning white. If you see this, it's almost definitely broken on then inside and needs repairing.

Would spray lithium grease be good for the brake drum bearing to seal around it a little extra...???

Do you have part numbers or sizes for the bearring and seals?
