I had part of my knee cap broken, meniscus tear and muscles fully tore and needed surgery after an injury training (figure skating). This video has been with me for a while year during pre surgery, surgery, rehab.12 months after, today I got the okay from the doctor to start coming back fully. I'm thankful for this video as it has kept me motivated and fighting all these months when all I wanted was to quit. Thank you!

I went to Thailand recently & had a 4hr layover at the Taipei airport. That was my first time crossing the ocean, so I've mostly only been to domestic airports, but Taipei's airport was by far the best airport I have ever been inside. It's huge, like a big mall. All the shops are cool to see. Lots of food options. And I love how a lot of the gates have their own unique themes, there was like a rainforest one, a superhero one, a Hello Kitty one. My gate was a Taiwanese Pop Music history theme. I definitely have to go to Taiwan someday. Seems like a great place visit!
