I land there sometimes. But if someone takes the loot from the nearby places its a problem. Sometimes the only gun you can get there is from the npc. But other times there can be a blue chest and a normal one.

Finally someone talking about this, every poi is just some building, nothing interesting . Personally i loved ch4s3 becsuse the area between poi and also poi's felt 3 dimensional and nice to look at.
