Racial tension being a white male, too expensive, too dangerous, way too much traffic. The only good thing is the business and architecture but it’s overrated I’d rather live by the beach or mountains personally

Great video! What ai software do you use for predictive analytics?
@BruKrebs8 ай бұрын
It depends on the system. For most of our systems we have predictive analytics as part of the website itself. Tableau is very good.

Awesome, thanks for the reply. Have you been using this for predictive analytics for insights on who will be moving within the next year? Looking for something to create leads based on this data.

Great video and I agree with many of the points you mentioned. My reason for leaving is due to the crime. I’ve been here (Vinings/Cumberland) several years and it’s nothing like it was before. Crime is finding its way up here now. Because I work downtown, I can’t live too far away from the city, but I’m seriously considering a 1-2 hour commute just to have my peace and safety.

Main reason I moved from ATL is it is boring. When you born and raised there and done everything, it get boring real quick...going to a mall, theme park, and a club gets old real fast. Sports teams are trash No beaches. Small city. ATL is only big to those from small towns and those who never left ATL/Non-travelers Cold winters. It don't snow much, but 30 degrees for a High Temp isn't great weather either Many Lighting/Thunder Storms All the 2-lane roads (reason traffic is so bad) Been living in LA the last 20 years, ATL is boring asf. I almost lost my mind the 2 weeks I went back a few years ago
@dleonf28323 ай бұрын
Just remember you could have moved away from Atlanta anytime. The interstates were always open. I was hot and raised here and have no complaints except I’m tired of y’all moving here like it’s the only southern city on the globe.

I Left Atlanta, Ga because of the black peoples’ anger over their own past and lack of respect for the other people who are not the same race or ethnicity…

Well there is a reason for that...sIavery, Jim Crow, the South. It is a past that was heavily dictated and controlled by non-blacks in a negative way
@orlandorobinson93699 ай бұрын
Seems like you were surrounded by the wrong "black peoples". Most black people that I know personally are college educated, earn great livings, and really don't have time to dwell on the past, or any other type of negativity. I'm a black male, currently living in Buckhead, and I love being around people of all races, as long as there is mutual respect.
