I really love this idea, and in fact it's why I'm watching this. I will say however, it's probably a good idea to form a base before going full japanese (if possible. I know some japanese teachers aren't the best at speaking English, or are trying to teach to multiple languages at once). I am saying this on this video because います and あります to me was taught in my first lesson, and I'd imagine trying to learn those first lessons with a teacher speaking japanese, even with english subtitles like this one has, might be a bit difficult to learn. At least in the beginning.
