I am trying to learn the kick up but I can't kick enough the lower leg up. But my legs are strong enough. What could be the reason? Thank you very much.

Thank you for posting this tutorial. If I happen to kick up just right I can hold handstand for 20-25 seconds, but more often than not I'm lucky if I can hold it at all or only for 5-10 seconds. Is there an easy way to tell whether it's poor technique vs lack of arm, shoulder, back, and/or core strength? Are there any benchmarks or drills I can use to figure out whether I'm strong enough to consistently hold handstand?

This is the first tutorial which tells you that you have failed if you hit the wall once launching into handstand - how true!! I just kept on launching and hitting, launching and hitting... failing miserably. However the clear instructions and technique details helped me stack correctly and I managed to hold for 3 seconds after these drills simply from this tutorial! Amazing. Thank you so much for this great teaching

Can you explain, if we don't work with wall, how can we fall back safely ? Because of this fear I can not do this pose. Is it dangerous to fall back ? With head stand, tripod, there is no danger and it is very easy to fall back.
