@@RiffleToons yeah honestly, I came back and re-watched these because TM’s had some very… familiar moments. Certain jokes felt lifted straight out of your series. And fwiw, I liked yours better. You clearly have a lot of love for the game, the scenes and jokes were well thought out and had continuity. Some jokes only made sense if you played the whole game, whereas in TM’s - I swear there were moments where nothing was actually happening? Just a bunch of “guh-huh!” and something happening off-screen, almost as if they didn’t know what to animate or how to transition to the next scene. Compare it to one of their earlier works like Super Metroid and it’s clear how much research and effort went into it! Their Banjo video just didn’t feel up to par.
