We love staying in the Junior suite at Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn. With our room we also get access to their Executive Lounge, which has a different breakfast menu only for other executive members and also offers unlimited free alcohol and light bites, between 17:30 -19:30 everyday. it is a good place to pre-drink and line your stomach before a late night outing to one of Bangkoks famous rooftop bars, restaurants, clubbing ,night markets or many more fun activities. we usually spend about 4 nights each time we are in town before travelling to other parts of the country, each stay has been wonderful thus far , so would definitely recommend. It is roughly around £200 a night.

Stayed at Hotel Tide Phuket Beach Front. It is quite far away from everything to be honest, even the nearest 7 eleven is like a 10-15 mins drive away, it feels more like a honeymoon escape or a quiet retreat.It also shares space with the Foto Hotel, which you see me walk towards in the video with the red and white flooring. The catering staff were truly amazing and the food was delicious, I wish I could say the same for the receptionist staff through out my 4 day stay ( the one in the video was alright and there was one other guy that was also decent unlike the rest). Make sure you bring your adaptor to charge your devices, there are no universal plugs sockets or chargers there Overall I would say it is good as baecation spot for 2-3 days (4days max!!) For 4 nights = £219.30 If you are looking to party , having fun and enjoy the night life, stay somewhere else, for a nice relaxing time by the pool and the beach with some cocktails, it can be a good stay.

I had a lovely 2 nights at The W Bangkok recently. The hotel did not I will be reviewing their hotel nor did they comp me any nights. I stayed in their Spectacular Guest Room, 1 king ,City View = £172 Per Night. The benefit of their Spectacular room over their Wonderful room is that it is on a higher floor and eliminates any potential traffic noise, which I read about in some reviews previous to my stay . The room service was seriously delicious and the staff was very helpful. I had a minor issues which they sorted out straight away and even emailed me after I left to make sure the matter was resolved to a satisfactory manner to which it was. Would I stay here again....Yes and in fact, this might be my new favourite hotel when visiting Bangkok.Next time i would probably stay more nights and visit House on Sathorn. If by chance anyone from The W or Marriott Bonvoy team see this video and want to thank me, feel free to comp me some free nights, I will gladly take them off your hands. To me the cloud forest was fire, the flower dome was extremely skippable...... extremely. Gardens by the Bay itself is very beautiful and I would recommend going around or close to sunset so you can see what it looks like in the day time and at night, plus Garden Rhapsody ( The Gardens By The Bay Light Show) as it is called happens at 7.45pm and 8.45pm every day lasting for 15 mins each time. It is a must see when visiting Singapore.
