I have a 2002 24v 3500, bought it wouldn't go into overdrive. Replaced the transmission still no overdrive. I've changed batteries, grounds every single speed sensor including in the rear end. It has to be a broken wire or pcm. I'm so discouraged it's unbelievable.

learned this is a thing this morning. Ive beed needing new axels every 18 or so months since the cv boots are always being torn to sheds. Took my lifted silverado to a new mechanic and he enlightened me. Not cheap at $378 ea but hopefully this issues is now resolved for a long time

You would never want to cap the bottom of those rear bumper supports. They would rot out in no time without a way to drain. Condensation builds inside of tubing and if it can’t escape it’s guaranteed to rust out whatever it’s sitting in

Working non-OEM sometimes is better than telling the customer they have to wait for a back ordered item. This customer was broken down 1300 miles from home with two kids and needed it fixed right away .

@axlemotorsports-cheyennewy1819 as long as they are aware they will be paying parts and labor twice. Otherwise you will have lost a customer for good and they will tell everyone they know how bad the shop sucks.

Have a recently rebuilt e60,not by me,the lift ram was supposedly rebuilt...it makes a awful noise when it's %50 lifted or more....never in my life have a heard a plow make the noise this plow makes.i think the ram is binding inside the sleeve.....after one or two cycles the ram is warm to touch...I'm going to open it up tomorrow but Im hoping it's the ram washer and not the pump gears vibrating inside the housing
